A) BOOKING NOTE 

• Min 2 pax per booking, unless specified.

• Package Inclusive Of Return Transfer + Guide Service based on SIC (Seat In Coach Basic) & Entrance Fee , Buggy Fee.

• Optional Insurance could be available for purchase.

• Traveling period NOW – 31st Dec 2024

• All paid bookings are non-refundable.

• BEL-AIR TRAVEL reserves the right to cancel all or parts of the tour due to factors outside of our control. We will not normally do so unless forced to do so by unforeseen circumstances such adverse weather conditions, poor or unsafe road conditions, or ‘force majeure’.

• If a tour is cancelled due to factors outside our control you can reschedule the tour to a later date. Alternatively, you can request a refund.

• Any third party charges, admin fees and other costs will be deducted from the tour cost to derive a refund amount.
